Set in Russia during the Cold War, focuses on MGS3 Naked Snake's mission to prevent the enemy using stealth. The players should be able to collect objects and gadgets to help the snake on the road. The game still has his trademark cardboard box. It also has new things like camouflage, "close-quarters combat" - a hand-to-hand combat system, measure the resistance, and the injury and treatment system.
