Guitar Hero World Tour will be based on the play of the previous games Guitar Hero, in which players try to simulate playing rock music with a special process in the form of guitar controllers. World Tour is expanding beyond the core guitar-based game by introducing the possibility of playing drums or singing voice, and support for up to four players to play together in a virtual band Through these different instruments. Notes beat successfully increase the player of the band or the score, as well as increase the "Rock Meter" that represents the song's performance. Missed notes were scored and not negatively affect the Metro Rock. If the Rock Meter too low, the song ends prematurely, with the virtual audience booing the band off stage. Successfully complete a song get a one-to five-star rating based on the accumulated scores, and rewards in the game as money will be used to buy new guitars and costumes of the characters.
